To keep it simple, your order is prepared for the next suitable BIOTIQUE delivery or pickup day.
Your order can usually join the closest preparation cycle when possible.
Your order usually moves to the following BIOTIQUE delivery or pickup cycle.
Delivery and pickup are available only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Local delivery
Deliveries are grouped by area whenever possible. This helps us reduce transport costs, optimize routes and keep the service more responsible.

BIOTIQUE works with organic products, supplier availability and real stock movements. Because of that, delivery and pickup dates are not always an exact science.
If a product is unavailable, delayed or needs extra preparation time, we may adjust the delivery or pickup date and contact you before finalizing your order.

- For urgent food orders, please use LE PAPA instead of BIOTIQUE.
